Speaker dont work

I purchasex a klein model AEPJS-1 speaker and it comes on and connects bluettooth but wont make any sound and i just wsnt to get a new one or get it replaced or my money back on this item i paid 159.99 for the speaker could you please let me know what to do thank you Clinton Castle

Proper use of et450

First time utilizing a signal generating circuit trace tool on an energized 240v 400amp service. Needed to locate/verify the underground location. Contacted customer support to verify correct connection of leads to perform trace. Was advised a technician would have to call me back. Tech called within 15 minutes. Talked through and verified setup. Awesome tool! Sensitivity is impressive. Don't believe it can be beat at the price point.

Need help with my tools

Had my tools for less then a year and cant get them exchanged it has normal wear and tear from doing commercial electrical
